Telehealth
We also provide "Telehealth" also considered to be "Urgent Care Services on phone."
Telehealth is a tool where patients can access the doctor for telephone services and obtain care without the need to come in for an actual office visit. It saves you time and is convenient. Prescriptions can be ordered over the phone if necessary. This does not include controlled substances. Usually, this phone visit is good for acute problems. It is a 5-10 min phone visit.
If you don't have insurance, this is ideal in order to try to avoid costly emergency room visits. If you have plans with high deductible, this would be cost effective. If you have general questions or concerns or want second opinion, this phone visit could give you some guidance.
This can be used by anyone in California, regardless of location.
